With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gerry Feltmann brings a unique perspective to his clients. Gerry has managed every aspect of a hotel, across brands and major cities throughout the world. It is the combination of his experience, keen sense of listening and aptitude to develop clear timelines and execute over and beyond that makes Gerry an asset to his clients.

Gerry Feltmann utilizes his expertise and knowledge of established luxury experience and boutique hotels to develop innovations and goals in service of his clients’ visions. His experience in auditing and assessments, exploring missing revenue opportunities, establishing attainable timeline to achieve goals, and every aspect of training - from developing a training plan to full delivery are helpful to develop the direction you would like your hotel or motel to move towards. Gerry connects with staff to manage change effectively and to ensure your brand standards are carried through each step by engaging the staff to participate.

His career in the hospitality industry began in Guest Relations in 1995 for The Ritz-Carlton in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. From there, Gerry’s work in hospitality expanded to Executive Housekeeping to Hotel Management and Operations. With a humble attitude and hard-work ethic, Gerry is excited to meet the challenge at hand and connect with staff at all levels of the hotel.
